Bilateral endometriotic cyst

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My sister is having bilateral endometriotic cyst after examining o ultrasound.one cyst is measuring 50mm*45mm and the other is measuring 36mm*35mm.the doctor hv recommended her 3 medicine-dienogest,shelcal hd and myolife.please recommend me how severe it is and what we need to do now? one thing more she could not go for surgery bcz she is just married

Dienogest is very good medicine for endometriosis.she has to continue for 3_6 months without gap.In this timeay be she will not get the period complete amenorrhea.After completion of course again ultrasonography to know the exact size of endometriotic cyst.
