Bilateral breast pain
I've been having bilateral aching breasts ever since my GP suggested I take my oestrogen and progesterone oral contraceptive pill non-stop to reduce iron loss due to bleeding. I then took this advice, and around the normal time of my period got break through bleeding (thick brown blood) and felt terrible followed by breast pain that hasn't stopped for several weeks following my (non) period. The pain becomes a sharp pain when my breasts are under any pressure but otherwise it's an aching pain.
