Big whitehead on bottom shaft of penis
I have a rather large whitehead looking spot on the base of my shaft on the top side. It is red and raised and hurts when pressure is applied. Some white substance has leaked out on 2 occasions however it has not gone down and got more inflamed if anything. I am 16 and not sexually active so i doubt that it is an STD
