Big toe injury. Cracked diagonally

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I work on a busy charter yacht in the Caribbean. The anchor locker fell on my toe and cracked open my right big toe open. There was a LOT of blood. I've been soaking it everyday in hydrogen peroxide and sometimes dettol. I have a new sensation now that when I touch the inside with slight pressure it feels like pins and needles and burny.
