Can continue with the treatment advised by Dr T Srinivas.the only thing I will advice to initially increase the frequency of moxifloxacin eye drops 2hrly. If there is family history of diabetes then please also get blood sugar checked.

yes its stye i am attaching prescription.
tab azithral 250 mg daily ones for 5 days
tab LYZER D 2 times a day for three days.
eye drops vigamox or moxicip or zymer 3 times a day for 1 week to 10 days
eye ointment moxicip or exocine at bed time for one week.
Next Steps
consult ophthalmologist near by if its not resolved after 2 weeks.

hot fomentation means hot water soaked cloth keep on closed eye for few seconds and repeat as much as you can everyday for 2 weeks
