Not sure how to describe. I am a goalkeeper so it involves lot of throwing. There seems to be a nerve/muscle pull between my right bicep-shoulder on the inside. To describe it in a better way. I can lift for biceps and triceps . But when I do my shoulder workout ( lateral /front rows) it pains. Please help.

It may be due to rotator cuff muscles injuries?
So please visit nearest physiotherapy centre for ultrasonic therapy resistive exercises for stronger muscles.
And avoid jerky movements for 10 - 15 days.
