Bicep pain
For the last 4 days I've been experiencing severe pain in my left arm. At first it was most of my arm and my range of motion was minimal in my shoulder and elbow. While the pain only remains in my muscle, there is still a loss of range of motion. The skin is also red, swollen and tender to the touch.
