Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend on Monday 9th this month and used withdrawal method,she missed her periods on 19th which was very regular from past 1 year,we took 5 morning UPTs and all of them were negative,serum Bhcg today was 0.14 Does this mean pregnancy please advice
