Child has  fever frm  yesterday ,maftal D's syrup is given 102 temp,but fever again after 2,3 hours, suggest a better medicine

Hello, For fever in children of this age group. Best medication is paracetamol. It is available in market by the name of syp calpol/ syp Crocin. Please see the concentration of syp to give adequate dose. The exact dose is 15 mg/ kg for each dose.
