If you are asking about other possible alternatives for cleaning wounds then it could be potassium permanganate solution, diluted hydrogen peroxide etc. if you are asking regarding any ointment to apply after properly cleaning the wound then it can be mupirocin, cosvate gm etc Which product to use varies on various factors like wound type, location and severity so plz consult a vet before using them

It’s depend on the type of wounds if there is availability of potassium permanganate then you can use in diluted with water and wash the wound it will stop bleeding also and you can use dettol for temporary use . you can substitute hydrogen peroxide. (Hydrogen peroxide should also be diluted. Add 50ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide to 100ml of water to dilute.)
Next Steps
For longer time you should use Betadin for proper healing of wounds
