My wife first day of last period was on 20th March and later on 20th April, she was positive on Prega news. On 27th April, the beta hcg was tested and value is 930. Is the pregnancy on right track ?

Yes it's on right track but an ultrasound is preferable over a beta HCG following a urine pregnancy test.
