Beta HCG 150/ haemorrhaging ovarian cyst
Hi, I only spotted on 15-16-17 Jan once a day as my period. Then I started bleeding from 26-27th jan and passed big clots the next three days and still bleeding but it's become very less now. I got beta hcg done yesterday- to my surprise it was 150 . For my ultrasound today - it didn't detect any pregnancy but a haemorrhaging ovarian cyst in right ovary - thin walled cyst measuring 32.7*28.6*25.9 mm (12.6 ml) filled with fine echoes and fine reticulations(fishnet appearance) Is it something serious? Also I had whole abdomen and pelvis ultrasound in November 2022 - there was no such signs back then.

Ultrasound will pick up pregnancy only after bhcg titers are more than 1000 Repeat bhcg titers in 48 hours And a transvaginal ultrasound once the titers are more than 1000 This could be a case of ectopic pregnancy

The cyst could be normal corpus leuteum cyst or a theca leutin cyst which happens in molar pregnancy.. u need to consult once with earlier reports for a better understanding of ur symptoms history. And u have a failing pregnancy as per details provided now. Consult doctor so dat u can be on a safe side and rule out emergency conditions like incomplete abortion
