I am 38 weeks pregnant. I have SPD condition which is not very severe. I have no mobility problem. I face problem only during sleeping, that is to get on and down the bed and also during turning sides on bed. Rest of the time I do not feel much trouble.
Which birthing position is suitable for my condition for vaginal birth? What care should I take not to hurt myself in long run with this condition?
