I have recently joined the gym and wanted to know which plan will be best for gaining weight and building strength Plan1 Mon - Chest Tue - Back Wed - Shoulder Thursday - Legs Fri - Rest Sat - Arms Sun - Rest Plan 2 Mon - Push Tue - Pull Wed - Leg Thur - Rest Fri - Push Sat-  Pull Sun - Leg Mon - Rest Kindly let me know which one will be the best ?
