Hi doctor am from village, I am.brestfeeding mother and my sister is pregnant...both afe using same govt provided tablets like calcium( 500mg and vit 250ui) and folic acid 0.5mg tablets is thi worth or shall I consulte private hospital and take private medicine like supracal or orofer or vehycal xt tablets please do suggest or what the dosage we can consume
