Which ointment and medicine is best for anal fissure treatment , plz suggest and also how to use them . I am using smuth cream but it doesn't seem to be working.

You have not mentioned the duration of Anal fissure you are suffering from.
You could use anobliss cream 2-3 times over affected anal region.It will help you if the fissure is not too deep.
However ,high fibre diet , plenty of water intake ,and avoiding constipation are more important.
It's best to get examined by the surgeon to determine the appropriate management
