Besan for stomach
Is it fine to eat chilla made of 100gm of besan daily? Is it fine for the stomach? I am asking because i am a gym goer and i am looking forward to include it in my diet. Will it be good for my stomach daily? I am 22 years old male.

Yes besan is okay but you have to change your diet accordingly,bcz besan give too much carbs and fats for that you have add some protein diet for gains
