Benine Seizures
Daughter dob 05-09-15 suffered seizures twice (09-06-16 and 10-06-16) of approx duration 1 min each. Normal reports of MRI & EEG. Child neurologists prescribed valprol 2ml twice a day & carnisure 2ml twice a day. Medication is still continue. Since then no signs of seizures till date. Kindly suggest that for how long medication is to be continued.

Drugs are indicated for 3-5 years,counting from LAST seizure episode,and that too in a slow reducing dose,consult your paediatrician or neurologist.
