Below eyelid has swelling since 3 weeks

My 2 Months old daughter eye below eyelid has swelling since 2 weeks there is no redness nothing only swelling is there and it's not reducing and also noticed since that her eye is going inside compare to left eye . You can see the images . Please suggest what to do any drop medicine recommendation? Is it really need attention pls help I m little bit worry about it thank you in advance
