Belly fat reduction.
Hi all respected members. My weight is 70 and my waist size is 32. I have always been thin and well maintained but in 2020 during my exams, I was there at home for almost one year and had gained belly fat. I now wish to reduce it as I got a function in next 6 months. I eat only home food cooked by maid as I live outside hometown for business purpose. Please help. I am having lemon tea (masala) twice a day since three days.

Eat a balanced meal at fixed time of the day and avoid skipping meals . Drink a lot a water . Avoid eating processed food . You can drink any detox tea 3-4 times a day .
