Belly bloating issues
My stomach gets bloated very quickly. I can't digest fast foods aur spicy food even if I eat them not so frequently. I feel my stomach starts bloating in evening time, and if i eat low calorie food with less fat in small amount it will still be bloated till i not get fresh. I even try to drink more water but that also makes me feel a bloated stomach. What can be reasons and how can this be cured?

[ ] Excessive gas or bloating can be due to formation of gas with fermented undigested food or some times unwanted bacterial overgrowth .This may be associated with alternate diarrhoea or constipation.The best way to deal with is exclusion of diet. Typical diet to be avoid are - Milk and milk products ( only curd can be tried), cabbage , capsicum, cauliflower, beans, green pea. Potato is selective. There are certain medicines to propel food early from stomach and some helps in digestion. Feel free to ask any further quary.
