Believed Vaginal Infection

Asked for Female, 20 Years

A week ago I had sex with a guy (wore a condom) and the sex was painful from the start, the next day it burned to pee, and I went to an urgent care for a yeast infection and peed in a cup and they said they found bacteria in my pee, now I found 4 different spaced lesions on my vagina, small and red but white middles, I've been freaking out on the internet thinking it's herpes or another STD, but I did also recently have a staph infection in my nose, and I get them often, could this be that?
