Before ovulation

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi We are trying to conceive for two years.I had milky white discharge before ovulation but no itching and bad smell. After ovulation vagina became very dry. Even i take ovulation induction tablet follicle doesn't grow big and endometrial also very thin. My amh level is 4.5 other hormones are normal. There's no block in tubes. Why can't conceive

For pregnancy,ovulation is necessary.as you said,your follicle did not matured even after taking medicine,it means you hv pcod.your doctor will inc the dose,or may switch to injectable,for better response.but it will go in gradual manner.trust your doctor,and follow as advised.

Try gonadotropin injections for ovulation Induction in place of Tablets to achieve good size follicles

Next Steps

Take Letrozole 5 mg from day 2-6 at bedtime and from day 6 to day 9 take 75 IU HMG injection daily

Health Tips

Check follicle size from day 10 onwards for follicle size and take injection HUCOG 10,000 IU when follicle is 20 mm and do double 12 hr and 36 hrs timed IUI after rupture
