My daughter is 5 years old, and wears a diaper at night. During the day she goes to rest room by herself, but only at night she bed wets during sleep. She doesn't want to wear a diaper but neither does she wake us when she wants to pee. If we keep an alarm every 90 mins to let her to restroom, at times she beats the clock.

Avoid diapers
Restrict fluids after 8 pm
Ask for toilet before sleep
Avoid scolding or physical torture if she wets but appreciate her for dry nights
Only few children need medication
Can try Alarm therapy
Make her pee at frequent intervals
Decrease fluids 2 hrs before going to bed
Try for 2 months
If no response after 2 months consultation is required
Hi!
Bed wetting can be familial as well which goes automatically.
But by 5 year she should not bed wet...
Few things you can do is -
Give less amount of water or any kind of beverages (like fruit juices or cold drinks) after 6 pm
Practice urination before going to bed
Alarm u can set 3 hourly during sleep to let her go to washroom ...and u should reward your child for following that
