whatever we are doing at present only symptomatic treatment we are giving and there is no particular medication and vaccines are found against coronavirus infection and there are no vaccines to prevent coronavirus infection till now.
We are going to get vaccine very shortly but we have to wait and take precautions till then with some precautionary medications.
