Bartholomew cyst and foruncle
I had been diagnosed with Bartholomew cyst from last 4years.My age is 28years. I have one year baby and breastfeeding. In the beginning it was very small and accumulate the pus for every 3days. My gynec told they need to do marsupialization but they can't do during pregnancy as it has to be done using general anesthesia. After delivery cyst was not there for 2months. But again got that cyst after 2montgs of delivery. Another gynec told that is not Bartholomew cyst, it is Foruncle and prescribed ointment and to take sitbaths but cyst is not going away. My question is Is it Bartholomew cyst or Foruncle, (it is on right side of vaginal opening, painful and uncomfortable to sit) Is there any serious complications due to Bartholomew cyst. Does cyst reoccur after marsupialization Please suggest. Thanks in advance
