In September 2024, I noticed a small, painless bump on the right wall of my vagina. By December, it had grown larger, causing discomfort but no pain. Upon self-examination, it felt like a fluid-filled sack with a round, pea-sized solid mass inside. I visited a gynecologist who suspected it was a Bartholin's cyst and prescribed antibiotics (Tab 02, Tab Pantop, Tab Enzomac). After finishing the antibiotics, the bump shrank slightly, and I was given another medication (Tab T Evercare). Despite this, the size remained the same, but the texture had now changed from fluid to solid, with no pain. Seeking a second opinion, another doctor confirmed it was a cyst but not a Bartholin cyst and recommended further testing. A dermatologist also advised an FNAC test. So returning to my initial doctors, without performing a thorough examination, they are now suggesting marsupalization. The lump is painless 1-2 cm. I am not convinced to do something as big as surgery with their guy feeling. please help
