My bartholin cyst abscess went away after antibiotics treatment and it no longer pains. But the cyst is still there. Its painless but it causes itching. Will it ever go away and by how? Is this issue common at all? Please answer.

It ll not go on its own..
If it s bartholin cyst definitely it ll recurr.
Only surgical management that too marsupialization is the procedure of choice for bartholin cyst
