Barholin cyst and puss from urine area

Question

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've Bartholin cyst on both the sides, one is bit hard and other is soft. I had incession drainage but it again came back. I'm experiencing puss discharge which is very smelly from the region of urination. During routine urine checkup puss cells was 1-2hpf . After doing kapalbhati it comes in more quantity. I'm not able to recognize why the puss is coming from urine area.
