Balanitis like swelling near foreskin
I am a male 23 ...i have got a little lump like swelling under the foreskin. Initially it was red and painful . I understood its some type of balanitis. I started to follow some hygiene like cleaning with warm water and post urination cleaning with tissue. I also applied the T-bact ointment for around 3-4 days now. The swelling and pain has come down. Now its appears to be  fluidy soft bead. I wonder is it okay to continue with the ointment for anti bacteria or shall i have some other medications to get rid of the problem. Pls advise
