Balanitis and stigma under foreskin
My age is 33 and i am type 2 diabetic. My weight is 132kgs height is 6feet.
i have swollen foreskin of penis from last few days.
Irritation under foreskin of penis happens sometimes.
I cannot open the foreskin of penis as it is swollen a bit and red.
what should i do?

I think you have some kind of infection. Saying anything about it without examination is not possible. Plz consult a doctor he after examination might prescribe you some antibiotics and you'll be fine. Nothing to worry about.
