It might be a fungal infection along with bacterial ,fungal if there is a foul smelling discharge,so now you would need to take Antibiotics in order to keep ur Infection under control,you may use candid vag tabs in case there is an offensive smell, apart from this u might need Allegra to reduce the itch and irritability.
