Bad Skin during pregnancy

Hi Doctor, I have got nails (whiteheads) all over my face and near breasts and backside of my shoulders. It's been 2 months I'm having this problem but I didnt do anything scared if it might make it worse. I'm 24 weeks pregnant now.. Is it because of the hormonal change or heat? Nails in the sense whiteheads. Is there a solution or a home remedy that can be done now? Kindly suggest.
