Bad breath may be related to gastric problems. If you are getting gastric regurgitation, use this mouthwash: dissolve half teaspoon baking soda in a large glass of water and rinse your mouth twice a day. Another cause of bad breath is dry mouth. If your mouth goes dry by afternoon, sip water or chew sugar-free gum. This should reduce the bad breath.

Please consult a gastroenterologist for gastric issues as that seems to be the cause of your bad breath. Sip water throughout the day as that will give relief from gastric trouble and bad breath
