Backbending due to pregnancy
Hi, Now I am in my 5 month pregnancy. I can see the stomach is bigger and sometimes stomach is tightening. My concern is, due to this weight, my back is automatically bending backwards. it is like someone pulling me from back side. and i am getting back pain. am 48 Kg/ 27 yrs age/154cm height. please advise me some solution.

It's normal to have lumbar lordosis(back bending) in preg....because of baby bump....but for pain I can avoid pain relief gel....take calcium tablet regularly ..and rest...by avoiding long hours of standing or sitting .
