I'm 24 weeks pregnant , and having backache and stomachache since yesterday ,I used warm compress last night got little relief but now it started again.Was not able to sleep properly because of pain. What should I do?

Kindly connect with your gynaecologist at the earliest. You could be having preterm labour too. A clinical examination s must including an ultrasound for cervical length measurements. Dont ignore and go to hospital right away.
