Back pain mainly lower back
I Hav a lot back pain from past 3-4 yrs. m not able to walk straight. Back pains lot while sleeping. While sitting too it's pains at times. I Hav taken Ayurvedic treatment too sum yrs back for time being it was gud but now again problem has started. My report show spondylisis. M a working man I don't get much tym fr exercise or any physio visit.

Hello well it's quite possible that you are facing muscular spasm... suggest you to use any analgesic spray for the time being... it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined to r ule out causes related to spine or postural problems...thank you..meet a doctor in person
