Your back pain could be due to pregnancy. Do you have previous history of back pain? Do you have radiating pain? How long do you have this pain?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for your back. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. While lying on your back use pillow underneath your knees, prefer side lying. Avoid frequent stair climbing. Avoid using high heel.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Gynaecologist and Physiotherapist in person or through video call for further evaluation and treatment.
