I have back pain.age 37.Do long journey daily.Mri report lumber spondylosis seen as early osteophytic changes,disc dessication and disc bulges.Mild diffuse annular and posterolateral bulges of L4-5 and L5-S1 disc indenting ventral thecal sac.
