Urine pregnancy test or blood test are the only ways to detect early pregnancy. All symptoms like back ache , nausea, tiredness , breast pain are vague symptoms and doesn't confirm pregnancy

Back pain in the 2nd half of menstrual cycle is usually not a sign of pregnancy.
You can have back pain during periods.
It can be due to abnormal posture or muscle spasm or kidney stones or spine problem
