Hi doctor,Iam 5months twin pregnant.iam getting severe right side back pain & bone pain below my right side breast.Iam using c shape pregnancy pillows also.is it a bad sign of pregnancy or what.please share if any remedies

No it's not a bad sign, it's very common in pregnancy specially in twins it appears earlier than singleton pregnancy
