You seem to have too many problems. Please consult with a Gastroenterologist for your treatment. I am sure he will also have to think hard to decide what to treat first.

You have got a kidney stone in the right side  which is probably small in size. There is accumulation of fats in liver and it's Grade 2. And Probably you are also having Inflammatory Bowel Disease. For Kidney stone you can take : Ston 1B6 Solution: 15ml in 1 glass of water to be taken at bed time. For Grade 2 fatty liver take Ocahep 5mg once daily after meal for 3 months and take fat free diet, do regular exercise, avoid oily spicy smoked and deep fried food, avoid maida products, avoid chillies papad pickles etc, reduce your sugar intake. For inflammatory bowel disease you need to consult a surgeon for further evaluation. Rest consult under Practo in case of emergency.
