I'm 9 week pregnant. I feel back pain, hip pain, constipation and nausea regularly. I don't do the health check up yet due to non availability of doctors in lockdown. What should I do???

Hi. Start eating small and frequent meals every 2 hours . Drink milk or buttermilk whichever suits you . Once you eat normally the constipation will go .
Constipation nausea and vague pains are common in pregnancy but they can be corrected by taking some medications. Consult online for medicines if u want to avoid hospital visit.
