Back pain and nausea
I'm 9 week pregnant. I feel back pain, hip pain, constipation and nausea regularly. I don't do the health check up yet due to non availability of doctors in lockdown. What should I do???

You can some medicines safely. Nausea and constipation do occur during pregnancy but can be easily managed by diet and medicines. Please consult me.

Hi. Start eating small and frequent meals every 2 hours . Drink milk or buttermilk whichever suits you . Once you eat normally the constipation will go .

Constipation nausea and vague pains are common in pregnancy but they can be corrected by taking some medications. Consult online for medicines if u want to avoid hospital visit.
