Hello Sir/Mam My Ne is Omkar Gavali Age 24 Having Chest and back Pain ( Having Dextrocardia with Sinus inverse) I have done some test Like Endoscopic 2D Echo ECG Blood Test Like Lipid test Liver test Kidney test Urine test all are normal Chest x ray is also normal. But still there is pain . If costochondritis is their what will be symptoms Having this pain for 3 months
