After oophorectomy of both ovarys, I feel alot of back pain. I am taking Calcirol XT tablet .But no any relief.

I don't know why you have been subjected to bilateral oophorectomy and your uterus has not been removed.
Uterus cannot serve any useful purpose when the ovaries have been removed. Then it can only produce diseases.
By not removing the uterus you have been put to a disadvantage because now you will have to take HRT with lots of precautions.
Normally I don't want to criticise the treatment of other Doctors but your surgery is beyond comprehension because your uterus could have easily been removed in the same operation.
