Back pain after delivery

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had a c section in Dec 2017, then onwards I feel low in terms of my strength like I can't carry my daughter for long time I get hand pain, and back pain..If I sleep on floor, by the time I get up morning I will have severe pain from neck to back. Frequent neck pains.What might be the reason because I never felt all these before?
