Back left neck and head ache

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Had an MRI before 6 months, attached. I frequently get left back neck ache , I can feel pulsating pain.and side top of my head(beside temples) ache at a particular point and if I touch hard it aches more. Is it because of my MRI or is it something else?

It is not due to MRI. It can be stress type headache.
