Back, knee and waist pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am masturbating since 17yrs old and now i am 29yrs old.But now am feeling pain in my knee joints, right side back and lower waist after masturbation. It remains 2 or 3 days and then automatically goes normal. I am so much worried as i am going to marry. What should i do now? What is the reason of it?
