Back/knee and body sore

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Since 20th july I have had sever lower back pain that travelled down my left leg leaving the pain in my knee . I do.not know how the pain started as I have not injured myself bit it just started suddenly and is causing problems through the night . The pain was starting to ease slightly when I rested but all of a sudden (past 3days)I am now getting back spasms all the time which is leaving me unable to work and do daily tasks

You might be having compression at the level of lumbar region, which might be compressing the nerve , which further is creating pain radiating to your lower limbs . It might further travel from knee to calf muscles. You need to take an X-RAY of LS SPINE, get it evaluated. Rest is helping you, continue rest Apply ice pack over the area affected.
