Back ache since 3 years

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am suffering from back pain since three years, i am attaching the sheet where you can see the point where i feel pain. The pain is more in shoulder blades, i dont knw the trigger point because pain moves in the whole middle back and also in hips area where it starts near tale bone. I dont know whom to consult. Nobody is able to diagnose my issue. I have consulted rheumotologist and neurologist. No relief .please suggest. Also i have got MRI done. No issues found. Please suggest me some other tests where my problem can be diagnosed
